Miss Teen USA - Bahama Mama !

So I wish I could update you on every little thing that happened in the Bahamas but I will make it a short summary on an unforgettable week. The week in the Bahamas was all work with rehearsals everyday for long hours and appearances around Atlantis, Paradise Islands. I loved my group that I was put in for the week. We called ourselves The Diamonds haha. Loved those girls and loved our chaperone who was like our mommy for the week. After all the appearances and rehearsals, the big night came... Finals Night! I remember my body shivering backstage because this is the night I had preparing for almost a year for. I made it to Top 15! That's as far as I made it but that doesn't upset me what so ever. I am proud for representing my state of NY and doing the best I can to make everyone proud. Out of 51 girls, 15 is such a honor. The beautiful and sweet, Kamie Crawford (Maryland) won and she has been doing us proud as Miss Teen USA these past months. Her winning was well deserved. Now here I am, only two months left with my crown. The week in the Bahamas was an experience of a lifetime and I know I will never forget any of it. I met a lot of great fans who were rooting me on the whole time. I felt like a true celebrity.

I want to thank all my family and friends who came to support me. I loved hearing them cheer like crazy people when it was my turn to shine on stage. I want to thank the wonderful staff who took care of us backstage and during our stay at the Royal Towers. I want to thank all the girls who were real friends to me the whole trip and gave me amazing memories. I want to thank my roommate, Jennifer (DC), who was my pageant best friend and always will be. She was literally the best roommate anyone could ask for and helped me when I needed someone there. I want to thank my director Kim Bass for being there and rooting me on. At last, I want to thank everyone who's supported me during the long trip to Miss Teen USA by voting for me online and watching me on the live web cast of the pageant. I wouldn't be who I am if it wasn't for the love and support of my fans.
